STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 30 day of ~ 2007, between
CCR Quality Customs, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Contractor,

Donald Waltz and Debra Waltz, hereinafter referred to as Owner.

WHEREAS Contractor has undertaken and agreed to erect and construct a
building on that certain lot of ground situate in Mechanicsburg Borough, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached herewith.
NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH:
That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE ($1.00)
DOLLAR in hand paid to it by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and
the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for itself and its
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under it or them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens of claims shall be filed or maintained by it or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials fiunished by it or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in
or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for itself, its subcontractors and others under it hereby expressly
waives and relinquishes the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or
claims against the said buildings or any of the improvements, and agrees that this
instrument, waiving. the right of lien, shall by an independent covenant.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto intending to be legally bound have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and yeaz first above written.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground and the improvements thereon erected, situate in
the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Mechanicsburg and Dillsburg Road, which road was
formerly known as and called Marble Street, and at corner of land now or formerly of
George M. Quigley; thence along said road North thirty-five (35) degrees East, two
hundred ninety-seven and eight-tenths (297.8) feet to a point in said road and at corner of
lands now or formerly of H.S. Hess and wife; thence along said land now or formerly of
Hess, South twenty-one (21) degrees thirty (30) minutes East, one hundred sixty-five and
eight-tenths (165.8) feet to an iron pin at corner of land now or formerly of George M.
Quigley; thence along land now or formerly of Quigley, South sixty-nine (69) degree
thirty (30) minutes West, two hundred forty-six and seven-tenths (246.7) feet to a point in
the aforesaid road, the place of Beginning.
CONTAINING .47 acre
HAVING thereon erected a 2 %2 story frame dwelling, and aone-story concrete block
building with attached 2-car garage, formerly known and numbered as 504 West Marble
Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, now known and numbered as 415 and 417
Williams Grove Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Kenneth B. Evans and Faith R. Evans, husband
and wife, by Deed dated August 2, 2002 and recorded August 6, 2002 in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Record Book 253,
Page 242, granted and conveyed unto Donald Waltz and Debra Waltz, husband and wife.
