FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Wanda Loy, residing at 1424 Bradley Drive #D213, owner of Blondie's,
49 W. High St., Carlisle, PA 17013 an adult individual, her heirs, executors, personal representative,
successors and assigns (collectively "Maker"), promises to pay to the order of Staff Music & Amusement
Company, Division of LDI Inc. a Pennsylvania business corporation, its successors and assigns (collectively
"Payee"), the principal sum of Twelve Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($12,000.00), representing the amount
heretofore loaned by Payee to Maker, plus interest thereon at the rate of Six Percent (6%) per annum from the
date such funds were advanced to repayment in full with the entire unpaid principal balance, plus all accrued
interest thereon, due and payable upon the sooner of DEMAND.
In the event any amount owing hereunder is not paid when due, same shall bear interest after the
due date thereon at a rate equal to Eighteen Percent (18%) per annum, compounded monthly from the due date
until paid in full. All payments hereunder shall be made in immediately available funds by cash or check
delivered to Payee at its principal place of business. All amounts paid shall be applied first to accrued but
unpaid interest, and only thereafter to principal. Maker shall be entitled to prepay all or any part of the amounts
owing hereunder without premium, penalty or prior notice. Upon any default by Maker, Payee shall be entitled
to exercise any and all rights, powers and remedies existing at law or in equity, including, but not limited to, all
rights, powers and remedies provided far in that certain mortgage bearing even date herewith and securing the
indebtedness evidenced hereby. Upon ariy such default, Maker shall pay to Payee, in addition to all principal
and interest owing hereunder, all costs and expenses incurred by Payee in enforcing or collecting amounts
owing hereunder and/or the mortgage, plus interest thereon at the aforesaid default rate.
Maker hereby authorizes and empowers any Prothonotary or any attorney to appear for Maker and to
confess judgment hereunder against Maker for the amount which on the face hereof may appear to be due, or
the amount stated as due on any affidavit filed by any officer of payee, including accrued interest, costs and
reasonable attorneys' fees, with release of errors and without right of appeal. If a copy hereof verified by an
affidavit from an officer of Payee shall have been filed in said proceeding, it shall not be necessary to file this
original Note as a warrant of attorney. Maker waives the right to any stay of execution and the benefit of any
and all redemption or moratorium laws now or hereafter in effect. This warrant of attorney shall be irrevocable
and no single exercise of the foregoing shall be deemed to exhaust said power but same shall continue
undiminished and may be exercised from time to time until paid in full. Maker hereby
waives protest, notice of protest, presentment,. dishonor, notice of dishonor and, except for initial demand, any
demand hereunder.
This note is given in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Maker agrees that any action to enforce this Note may be properly
commenced and prosecuted in the Court of Common Pleas of CumberlandCounty, Pennsylvania. This Note
may not be amended, modified, altered or rescinded, or any rights hereunder waived, except in writing signed
by both Maker and Payee of in the case of a waiver by the party charged therewith. No action or inaction shall
constitute a waiver, and no rights hereunder shall be waived except to the extent expressly stated in the.
aforesaid writing.

Promissory Judgment Note this 30th day of October, 2007.
