I, ALICE Z. FLOWER, of Carlisle, Cumberland ~unty,__

Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as. and
for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature
thereof, by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executor,
hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts,. funeral expenses,
testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and
Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my
death, out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my
property, be it real, personal or mixed, unto my husband, Guiles
Flower, Jr., absolutely.
THIRD: Should my husband, Guiles Flower, Jr., fail to
survive me, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, be it
real, personal or mixed, in equal shares to my children, Susanna
and Mary. Should either of my children fail to survive

in equal sh~res, but should she have no issue surviving her, to
my other daughter.
LASTLY: I hereby nominate, consti tute.,..and appoint

Last Will and Testament. In the event that my said husband shall
be unable to serve as Executor for any reason, I appoint my
dughters, Susanna and Mary, as Co-Executors. No personal

The undersigned, JAMES D. FLOWER, JR., duly admitted attorney
before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, hereby represents the following:
ALICE Z. FLOWER died March 4, 2007, at which time she was
domiciled in the State of New Hampshire, residing at 16 Gillis Hill Road, Bennington,
New Hampshire 03442;
On October 1, 2007, MARY D. F. EPPIG of Antrim, New Hampshire, was
appointed by the Hillsboro Probate Court to administer the Estate of ALICE Z.
FLOWER;
Based upon information provided to the undersigned by the Executor, it
is not believed that the Estate of ALICE Z. FLOWER is indebted to any person or
entity in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
It is believed that the only Pennsylvania asset of the Estate is real estate
located in the Borough of Carlisle, Pennsylvania;
The powers to be exercised pursuant to the proposed Ancillary Letters of
Administration include the power to convey said real estate and to execute an
appropriate Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and pay tax on the value of said real
estate.
