A hearing is scheduled before you in the above referenced matter on November 15,2007 at
11 :00 a.m. I previously had communications with you with respect to my representation of Kathleen
A. Denke and Adam B. Major in the above referenced matter.
After review of the facts in this case, my clients withdraw any objection they have to the
probate of the Last of Will and Testament of Hat;'old W. Major, Jr., dated September 16,1986 and
they support the issuance of Letters Testamentary to Anna Hicke Major Keene in accordance with
the Will.
Please enter this letter of record in the proceedings. Miss Denke and Mr. Major will not be
attending the hearing on November 15 and they have instructed me to also not attend. You may
consider this letter as the position of Miss Denke and Mr. Major.
