AMENDED ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 6th day of November, 2007, upon consideration of the
Emergency Petition for Temporary Guardianship and after hearing on
November 5, 2007, the Court finds by clear and convincing evidence that lieselotte
Schall, a/kla Rosemary L. Schall, is a totally incapacitated person;
IT IS ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. lieselotte Schall, a/k/a Rosemary L. Schall is adjudicated an incapacitated
person on an emergency basis.
2. The Area Agency on Aging, in and for Cumberland County, is hereby
appointed emergency plenary guardian of lieselotte Schall, a/k/a Rosemary L. Schall.
3. The guardianship of the person created herein on an emergency basis shall
extend for a period of 72 hours, subject to the guardian's right to apply for an extension
of 20 additional days.
