NO-LIEN CONTRACT
WHEREAS, LOBAR ASSOCIATES, INC., hereinafter called "Contractor" has entered into a
contract with AgCHOICE FARM CREDIT, ACA, hereinafter-called "Owner", whereby
Contractor agreed to provide all the materials and perform all the work and labor necessary
in connection with the construction of a commercial office building to serve as
headquarters to AgChoice Farm Credit, ACA on Owner's property situate in Silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bein8 more specifically described on
Exhibit "A", and Owner agreed to have Contractor perform said work as above set forth on
Owner's property.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the parties as par of said contract
and for the considerations therein set forth that neither the Contractor nor any
subcontractor, materlalmen, laborer nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to
said Contractor under said contract shall file a lien, commonly called a "mechanic's lien"
for work done and materials furnished to Owner's property situated in Silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as above set forth.
THIS STIPULATION is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and pertains to the property above described.

Exhibit
ALL that certain tract or parcel of ground situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 6 on that certain Final Subdivision
Plan for Bent Creek prepared by H. Edward Black & Associates, PC. dated March
20, 1997, last revised March 2, 1988, and recorded in Cumberland County Plan
Book 76, Page 76 (the 'Plan'), aa more particularly bounded and described as
follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Western right of way line of Bent Creek Boulevard
(80 feet wide), said point being on the dividing line between Lot 5 and Lot 6 as
shown on the Plan; thence continuing along the said dividing line, South 70° 58'
39" West, a distance of 219.55 feet to a point; thence North 14044. 19" West, a
distance of 125.86 feet to a point; thence North 41 e 21' 54" West, a distance of
254.88 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot 6 and Lot 7 as shown on
the Plan; thence continuing along the said dividing line, North 67° 05' 54' East, a
distance of 284.89 feet to a point on the Western right of way line of Bent Creek
Boulevard aforementioned; thence continuing along Bent Creek Boulevard the
following two (2) course and distances: (1) South 22° 54' 06" East, a distance of
293.91 feet; and (21 along a circular curve to the right having a radius of 1,274,44
feet, a distance of 87,36 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot 5 and Lot
6, said point being the point of beginning.
BEING Lot No. 6 on the aforesaid Plan, containing 2.00 acres, more or less.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, nevertheless, to a certain Declaration of Protective
Covenants and Restrictions dated March 23, 1998, and recorded in Cumberland
County Miscellaneous Book 572, Page 366; to conditions set forth on the aforesaid
Plan; and to all other easements, restrictions, encumbrances and other matters of
record or that a physical inspection or survey of the premises would reveal.
