Although the law mandates that your driving privilege is
under suspension even if you do not surrender your license,
Credit will not begin until all current driver's license
product(s), the DL16LC Form, or a letter acknowledging your
sanction is received in this Bureau.

Petition For Appeal from an Order of the Director of the Bureau of Driver Licensing, a
hearing is granted de novo to determine whether the Petitioner is subject to the suspension
of her operating privileges as set forth in the Petition.

AND NOW, this 13th day of February, 2008, this matter
having come before the Court on an appeal from a 60 day license
suspension for failure to attend a Departmental hearing for a
high speed violation, and the Department representing that it
has suspended the 60 day suspension and will be offering the
defendant another hearing, this appeal is moot and therefore
dismissed.
