AND NOW, this 20th day of November, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Granted of
Letters filed by Christopher M. Denney, dated and filed on November 20,2007, for the estate of Edward
P. Denney, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount of
$20,000. IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon filing the Bond of Personal Representative, Letters
of Administration shall be granted to Christopher M. Denney.
