I, HAROLD L. PYKE, looking forward to the time when my earthly ~rwill~d, </> q
I desire to set forth at the very beginning of this Will, as the most important item irfft a
confession of my faith in Jesus Christ as my Savior. I also desire to bear witness to the fact
that throughout my life, in which were the usual joys and sorrows, I have been wonderfully
sustained by my faith in God through Jesus Christ. This legacy was left me by my
consecrated father and mother, parents of strong faith, and to it I attribute any success I may
have attained. The best inheritance parents can bequeath to a child is their lifelong example
of sincere faith in God and His word.

HAROLD L. PYKE
Therefore, I HAROLD L. PYKE, being of sound mind, memory and understanding,
do hereby make, publish and declare the following, as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any other Wills by me heretofore made.
I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid from the assets of my
estate as soon as practicable after my demise.
II. I direct that all estate and inheritance taxes that may be assessed in consequence of
my death, shall be paid out of the principal of my general estate to the same effect as ifsaid
taxes were expenses of administration and all property includable in my taxable estate
whether or not passing under this Will shall be free and clear thereof.
III. I bequeath unto my wife, Myrle B. Pike, all tangible personal property which I own
at my death.
IV. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatever nature and wherever
situate, including property over which I hold a power of appointment, I devise and bequeath
unto my wife, MyrIe.
V. In the event that my wife, MyrIe, does not survive me, my entire estate that would
have otherwise passed under Paragraphs III and IV above shall be divided into two (2) equal
shares.

I devise and bequeath one (1) share equally unto my children, Carolyn, Donald, Neal,
Lynn and Lawrence. In the event that any of my children other than Donald predecease me,
his or her share shall pass unto his or her issue per stirpes. In the event that Donald
predeceases, his share shall lapse and be added proportionately to the shares passing unto
my other children or their issue per stirpes.
The remaining share I devise and bequeath equally unto the following organizations
to be used as they determine best: HCJB World Radio, Colorado Springs, Colorado; Good
News Broadcasting Association, Lincoln, Nebraska; Wycliffe Bible Translators, Orlando,
Florida; and Brethren in Christ World Missions, Grantham, Pennsylvania.
VI. I appoint my wife, Myrle B. Pyke;Executrix of this my Will. In the event that she
fails to qualify or ceases to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter, Carolyn Louise Mann,
Executrix of this my Will.
VII. I direct that no bond be required of my fiduciaries for the faithful performance of
their duties in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, HAROLD L. PYKE, herewith set my hand to this my
Last Will, typewritten on two (2) sheets of paper including the attestation clause and

authority that the testator signed and executed the instrument as his Last Will and that he
signed willingly (or willingly directed another to sign for him), and that he executed it as his
