RELEASE OF LIEN OF JUDGMENT
For value received, CUMBERLAND COUNTY ADULT PROBATION, does hereby
'release and discharge from the lien of the above-captioned Judgment, the following real estate
,known as 49 Brookwood Avenue, Carlisle, Pennsylvnaia
ALL that certain tract of land with improvements thereon erected, situate in South
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance
with Land Resubdivision of Lot No 2 of Brookwood dated June I, 1985 and recorded in
!::umberland County Plan Book 47, Page 173, as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northwestern right-of-way line of Legislative Route
\..,.R. 35 (Walnut Bottom Road) at comer of Lot No. 1 as shown on the above described
$ubdivision plan; then by said right-of-way line of Legislative Route L.R. 35, South 50 degrees
:h minutes 10 seconds West 156.24 feet to an iron pin on said right-of--way line; thence by the
iptersection of said right-of-way line of Legislative Route L.R. 35 with the dedicated right-of-
tay line of Brookwood Drive (50 foot R.O.W.) by a curve to the right having a radius of 40.00
Jl:et a distance of 67.81 feet to a point on the eastern dedicated right-of-way line of said
Brookwood Drive; thence by said right-of-way line of Brookwood Drive, North 32 degrees 31
~inutes 15 seconds West 125.03 feet to an iron pin; thence by said Lot No. 2a, North 54 degrees
219 minutes 40 seconds East 200.26 feet to an iron pin in line of Lot No.1 as shown on the above
~scribed subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No.1, South 32 degrees 31 minutes 15 seconds

E1ast, 155.76 feet to an iron pin on the northwestern dedicated right-of-way line of Legislative
Rjoute L.R. 35, the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 32,151.81 square feet and being designated Lot No.2 on the above
njentioned subdivision plan.
BEING part of the same premises which Messiah Home, Inc. and Brookwood Investors
granted and conveyed to Rodney K. Hough by deed dated June 7, 1985 and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book H, Volume
31, Page 814.
PROVIDED, always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in any wise affect,
alter, or diminish the lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid judgments, or the remedies at law for
recovery thereof or against the said judgment debtors, their successors or assigns, the balance of
the principal sum with interest secured by said judgments.
