described as follows:

Lot No. 8 in the Plan of Lo~s known as Fairway Acres recorded in
Cumberland County, PA, Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 55, Page 90.
NOW, TI{~R_EFOP~E, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as par~ of the said contract and for ~he consideration therein
fort-h, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
materialman, nor any other person fur~ishing labor or materials ~9 the sai~
contractor u~der :his contract shall file a lien, commonly called a'mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished ~o the said building or any par~
~hereof.

of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided.
