AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following
municipal claim against Harold E. Deardorff, Jr., an adult
individual, owning property located at 1294 A and 1294 B Brandt
Road, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17055, his last known mailing address being P.O.
Box 368, Lewisberry, Pennsylvania 17339-0368 and/or 981 Pinetown
Road, Lewisberry, Pennsylvania 17339. Harold E. Deardorff, Jr.,
is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THOSE three lots of ground situate in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the public road and at the eastern
line of a 16 feet wide alley as shown on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the line of said alley
North 12 degrees East 101 feet to a point; thence further
along the line of said alley North 18 degrees 09 minutes
West 78.3 feet to a point at the southern line of a 16 feet
wide alley as shown on said Plan of Lots; thence along the
southern line of said last mentioned alley South 78 degrees
East 189.5 feet to the line of Lot No. 12 on said Plan
thence along the line of said Lot No. 12 South 12 degrees
West 167 feet to a point in the aforesaid Public Road;
thence along said road North 78 degrees West 150 feet to a
point in said road at the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lots Nos. 9, 10 and 11 on a Plan of Lots called Allen
Heights recorded in Cumberland County Recorder's Office in
Plan Book 3, Page 102.
HAVING THEREON SITUATE a duplex-style dwelling known and
numbered as 1294 A Brandt Road and 1294 B Brandt Road,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Quay E. Brocious, Jr. and Gail
M. Brocious, husband and wife, by Deed dated May 4, 2001,
and recorded May 9, 2001, in the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office in Deed Book 244, Page 368, granted and
conveyed unto Harold E. Deardorff, Jr., owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2403-003.
Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from January 15, 2006 through and including September 30, 2007.
Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer
system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and

Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe
Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance
No. 99-6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of
such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are
the statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority
to Harold E. Deardorff, Jr., for sewerage due to be treated from
January 15, 2006 through September 30, 2007, which services total
is in the amount of $2,295.68 (1294 A Brandt Road - $1,181.04 and
1294 B Brandt Road - $1,114.64), which sum was duly assessed
against Harold E. Deardorff, Jr., and the real property described
herein from the date of said billing statements as attached
hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten
(10~) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including
attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-
described real property and premises in accordance with the Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq,
as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).

Dear Mr. Deardorff:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer accounts
#1261 & #1385. These accounts are delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated
8/15/07, the delinquency is in the amount of $2,095.68. The purpose of this letter is to request
that these accounts be brought cuurent. If the accounts are not brought current within ten (10)
days of receipt of this letter, a Municipal Lien will be placed against real estate owned by you,
same being known and numbered as 1294 A & B Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, PA. This will
result in filing fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with
respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be
charged at the current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount
remains delinquent after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice (if by certified mail) or
within ten (10) days after mailing of this notice (if by regular mail). The imposition of
assessment of attorney's fees maybe avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency
within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
