WHEREAS, SPANGLER MILLS, INC., doing business as EWING ROOFING, of
· {,O~kl~l%ill~ ~!~,, Pennsylvania, ("Contractor") entered into a contract with OCTAGON
ASSOCIATES, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania ("Owner") to provide materials and perform
labor necessary for roofing construction ("Project") upon property located in Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at 1063, 1065, 1089 and 1091 Nanroc Drive.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the
undersigned contractor, nor any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person
furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor for this Project shall file a lien, commonly
called a mechanics' lien, for work done or materials furnished for the Project or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within
ten days after date, in accordance with the requirements of the act of Assembly of
Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
iN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Waiver of Liens this 17a
day of October, 2003.
