Russo, P.C. and respectfully states the following in support of her Petition: 1. Renunciations were mailed to Decedent's sons, Steven Wech ("Steven") and Kevin Wech ("Kevin"). 6. Steven and Kevin both agreed to renounce their rights which are attached hereto as "Exhibit An & "Exhibit Bn. 7. Letters of Testimony were granted on the Estate of Robert Wech to Patricia Ann Wech. 8. Acting as Administratrix took an unexpected toll on Petitioner. 9. Petitioner through her counsel contacted Kevin and Steven to ask if either one would be interested in acting as Administrator due to the unfortunate circumstances. Kevin's counsel contacted Petitioner's counsel and agreed to act as Administrator of the Estate of Robert Wech. 11. Petitioner agreed to step down as Administratrix and signed a renunciation which is attached hereto as Exhibit "C". 9. Petitioner believes and therefore avers that it is in the best interest of the estate that Kevin act as Administrator of the Estate. 10. Kevin is willing to act as the Administrator of the estate of Robert Wech upon the removal of the current Administratix, and his joinder to this petition is attached. WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that the Register of Wills accept and approve her resignation as Administratix, effective upon qualification of a successor.
