STIPULATIQN AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Clarence E. Asbury and Susan B. Asbury, husband and
wife, having a mailing address of 914 Sheffield Avenue, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17055 (the "Owners"), have executed or are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with Olde Forge Builders, Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation having a mailing address of 9 Keystone Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050 (the "Contractor"), for construction of a
residential home on property located at Lot #30 of the subdivision know as
Hampden Station, also known and numbered as 1355 Armitage Way,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on Exhibit A attached
hereto, incorporated herein by reference and
made a part hereof (the
"Premises").
