Dear Register:
As per my recent conversation with Claudia of the PA Department of Revenue enclosed you will
find two copies of each "Advance Payment Worksheets" along with the tax Receipt and date of
death balance information for property that I held jointly with my father as ofthe time of his
passing. Legacy Bank has not submitted the date of death balance information to the P A
Department of Revenue.
Claudia said I should send this information to you and you would forward on to the P A
Department of Revenue.
