DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW this 27th day of November, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Citation to
Compel Administration of Estate and To Produce Last Will and Testament, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that
a citation is awarded, directed to the heirs ofMarci Seaman Hollenback, deceased, to:
(1) show cause why they should not apply for Letters Testamentary or of Administration on the Estate
of Marci Seaman Hollenback, or in the alternative to show cause why such letters should not be granted to
Long Meadows Townehouses Association, Inc. as "other fit persons." in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. S
3155(b)(5).
(2) the heirs of the estate to deposit, if such exist, the Last Will and Testament of Marci Seaman with
the Register of Wills.
IT IS ALSO DECREED that the Petitioner shall effect service of the citation by publication for the
other heirs of the estate.
