VAYANOS, Defendant : MUNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL LIEN 1. Claimant is the Township of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, with its principal office located at P.O. Box 219, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17257. 2. John S. Vayanos is the owner of the property against which this Municipal Lien is filed and whose last known address is 213 North Prince Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17257. 3. The property against which this Municipal Lien is filed is all that tract of land with improvements thereon situated in the Township of Shippensburg, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being known and numbered as 213 North Prince Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257. 4. The authority under which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, P.L 207, as amended (53 P.S. ~7101, et seq). 5. This Municipal Lien is filed to secure repayment of an invoice dated June 7, 2002 for trash hauled from the property and for the sale of a cinder spreader that had been delivered to the Defendant prior to the invoice date. 6. Statement of Claim: See attached Exhibit "A" reflecting details supporting total due. 7. The removal charges were duly paid by, and the clean up charges were duly established, levied and assessed by the Township of Shippensburg, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being the lawful authority for doing so under certain Ordinance of the Township and pursuant to the Second Class Township Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania which govern such matters in which costs II II were levied, established and assessed for the purpose for providing for the health, safety and welfare ofthe citizens of the Township of Shippensburg. The sale price of the cinder spreader was duly established by agreement between the Township and Defendant prior to the delivery thereof.
