MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Suite 121, Mechanicsburg, pennsylvania, by
and through its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer
B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the fOllowing municipal claim against
MELRETTA C. SIMPSON and JULIE M. SIMPSON, husband and wife, adult
individuals, owning property located at 914 Spring Circle,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055. MELRETTA C. SIMPSON and
JULIE M. SIMPSON, husband and wife, are the owners of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being
more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot, parcel, piece of ground, situate in
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Spring Circle,
said point being at the dividing line between Lot Nos. 78
and 79 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
continuing along the eastern line of Spring Circle, North
Twelve (12) degrees Fifteen (15) minutes West Forty-four and

Fifty-eight hundredths (44.58) feet to a point; thence
continuing along the eastern line of Spring Circle on a
curve to the right having a radius of Seventy-five (75)
feet, an arc length of One Hundred Seventeen and Eighty-one
hundredths (117.81) feet to a point on the southern line of
Spring Circle; thence continuing along the southern line of
Spring Circle, North Seventy-seven (77) degrees Forty-five
(45) minutes East, Seventy-five (75) feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lot Nos. 70 and 78 on said Plan;
thence along said dividing line South Twelve (12) degrees
Fifteen (15) minutes East One Hundred Nineteen and Fifty-
eight hundredths (119.58) feet to a point at the dividing
line between Lot Nos. 78 and 79 in said Plan; thence along
said dividing line South Seventy-seven (77) degrees Forty-
Five (45) minutes West, One Hundred Fifty (150) feet to a
point on the eastern line of Spring Circle, THE PLACE OF
BEGINNING.
Being Lot No. 78 on plan No. 8 of Trindle Spring Gardens,
said Plan being recorded in Plan Book 22 page 28.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a two story brick and aluminum
dwelling house known and numbered as 914 Spring Circle,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Jeffrey H. Bingaman and Debra
A. Bingaman, husband and wife, by Deed dated May 21, 1999,
and recorded May 25, 1999, in the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Book 200, Page 122, granted and conveyed unto
Melretta C. Simpson and Julie M. Simpson, husband and wife,
owners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-121
Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from April 1, 2001 through and including September 30, 2003.
Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed

pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer
system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and
Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe
Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance
No. 99-6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of
such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are
the statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority
to Melretta C. Simpson and Julie M. Simpson, husband and wife,
for sewerage due to be treated from April 1, 2001 through
September 30, 2003, which services total is in the amount of
$1,138.74, which sum was duly assessed against Melretta C.
Simpson and Julie M. Simpson, and the real property described
herein from the date of said billing statements as attached
hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten
(10%) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including
attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-
described real property and premises in accordance with the Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, ~7, as amended, 53 P.S. ~7101, et seq,

as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens) .
