PEARL, Owner IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NO.~Jj~Lg3 MTJNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEW-ER RATES AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Suite 121, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against ANGELA T. PEARL, an adult individual, owning property located at 814 Green Acres Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055. ANGELA T. PEARL is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land, situate in the Township of Monroe, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a survey and plan thereof made by John C. Brilhart, Registered Surveyor, dated October 10, 1964, as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 20 foot wide private right of way known as Green Acres Street, which said point is distant 568 feet, more or less, measured South 75 degrees 30 minutes West along said northerly side of said right of way from its intersection with the westerly side of Longmeadow Street; thence along the northerly side of said right of way, South 75 degrees 30 minutes West, 160 feet to a stake in line of land formerly of George Wertz, now or formerly of Merle Wertz; thence along said land, North 09 degrees West, 180 feet to a corner of land now or late of Michael Panza; thence along said land, North 75 degrees 30 minutes East, 160 feet to a stake at a corner of land now or late of Carl A. Banks; thence along said land, South 09 degrees East, 180 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING. HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one-story frame ranch type dwelling known as 814 Green Acres Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which James J. Bruzga and Suzanne R. Bruzga, husband and wife, by Deed dated December 14, 2001, and recorded December 18, 2001, in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book 249, Page 3291, granted and conveyed unto Angela T. Pearl, owner. Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-160 Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from April 1, 2002 through and including September 30, 2003. Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Tow~nship Ordinance -2- No. 99-6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to Angela T. Pearl for sewerage due to be treated from April 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, which services total is in the amount of $1,300.34, which sum was duly assessed against Angela T. Pearl, and the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
