AND NOW, this 28th day of November, 2007, having received no response to the Citation issued
on November 5,2007, as to why Ralph Armento, Fredrick Armento, named Co-Executors and Roseann
Fox, as substitute Co-Executor, should not be deemed unwilling or unable to serve as Co-Executors or
Substitute Co-Executrix and grant Letters of Administration c.t.a. to David Aremento, and upon
consideration ofthe Renunciations of Frederick Richard Armento and Rosanne Fox, IT IS DECREED
that upon the proper execution and filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters by David Armento, that
Letters of Administration c.t.a. shall be issued to David Armento as requested in his Amended Petition
to Appoint Executor which was filed on October 31,2007.
