SATISFACTION OF CLAIM
TO THE CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT:
West Shore Health and Rehabilitation Center having filed a claim in the amount of $2,366.90,
under the provisions of Section 732(b )(2) of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949; and having received
payment of the same in settlement of this Claim on November 1, 2007; the Clerk of The
Orphans' Court is authorized and directed to enter satisfaction in full of said claim on the records
of The Orphans' Court.
