I direct my executor to pay all of my debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as may be done conveniently after my decease. 2. I authorize and empower my executor to sell any realty owned by me at my death, and not specifically devised herein, at either public or private sale, and to give good and sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living. 3.
