DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 3rd day of December, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Kathy Lynn Joyce for the above decedent and the instruments offered for probate as the
Last Will and Testament, dated August 8, 2002, consisting of eight pages with the eighth page
consisting of a front and back, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an
official determination regarding the Last Wills and Testament and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the first seven pages of the Last Will and Testament be admitted to
probate.
FUTHERMORE the page following the witness page, Page 8, front and back, is not admitted to
probate as it appears after the testator's signature and is itself, unsigned.
IT IF FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary be granted to Kathy Lynn Joyce this
date. Kathy Lynn Joyce, shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
