AND NOW, this 29th day of November, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition
To Remove Administratrix, a Rule is issued upon Steven Wech and any other heir of the
decedent to show cause why Patricia Ann Wech should not be permitted to withdraw as
Administratrix of the decedent's estate.
RULE RETURNABLE within 20 days of service. Service shall be made by
Petitioner and proof of service shall be filed promptly thereafter.
