At her date of death, Maryanna Senek Brandt was the Administratrix of the estate of her father, Walter T. Senek, at No. 46-00-0132 in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. At the date of death of Maryanna Senek Brandt, all Pennsylvania inheritance taxes had been paid, and all that remained to complete administration of the estate was the sale, under exemplified probate, of the sole remaining asset of the estate, a parcel of real estate in the State of New Jersey. Petitioner herein, Gary E. Brandt, was substituted as administrator of the estate of Walter T. Senek, and he completed administration of the estate. 14. A.
