DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 4 ~ day of December, 2007, having received no response to the Citations
issued on September 17, 2007 and November 2,2007 upon the heirs of the above estate to show cause
why Letters of Administration should not be issued to Bruce J. Warshawsky, Esquire, as "other fit
person," IT IS HEREBY DECREED that upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters of
Administration, Bruce J. Warshawsky, Esquire shall be granted Letters of Administration with Limited
Letters of Administration Pendente Lite, issued on September 17, 2007 lapsing upon the granting of
such letters. Bruce J. Warshawsky, shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
