foregoing Petition for Appointment of Trustee, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that

Sterling Financial Trust Company is appointed to serve as the Trustee of the June R. Clark
Testamentary Trust established under her Last Will and Testament dated February 2, 2005 and
that E. Robert Elicker, II, Executor of the Estate of June R. Clark, is directed to distribute the
residue of the Estate having a value of $476,567.28 in accordance with the First and Final
Account to Sterling Financial Trust Company, as Trustee.
