I, Beulah R. Snyder, of North Middleton Township, 51 Pine Hill
Road, Carlisle, P A, Cumberland County, being of sound mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare

void any and all Wills by me at any time 'heretofOre made.
1. I direct my Executors to pay all my just debts and funeral
expenses.as soon after my death as may be found convenient
to do so.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate real, personal
and mixed is to be sold at public sale.

Community United Methodist Church, 2129 Ritner Highway,
Carlisle, PAto be used as the Trustees of said Church shall
deem best.
B. One hundred dollars to the United Methodist Men.
C. One 'hundmi dollars to the United Methodist Women of the
same above church.
D. After all bills are paid and.everything is sold, I give and
bequeath to each of the following four (4) persons and
respective heirs one half of my estate to be divided equally
among Helen McCoy, 2040 Wagners Gap Road, Carlisle,
P A; Dorothy Earley, 21 Nottingham Drive, Meehanicsburg,
P A; Mary Lamma, 11 North Middleton Road, Carlisle, P A;
Sharon Horn, 42 Airport Road, Shippensburg, P A. In the
event of a sister's death, her share will be divided equally
between the nieces and nephews listed below.

Jr., Rodger' Earley, Keith Earley; Children of Mary Mountz
Lamm, James LammI, Jr., S~art LammI, Tammy Kline,
Kathy Showaker (deceased, lJer share is to go to her son
Robert Showaker, Jr.; Children of Lee Mountz, Kevin
Mountz; Children of Erma Mountz Minnich, Mervin
Minnich, Jr., Rory Minich, Dennis Minnich, Timothy
Minnich. There are 15 living and one deceased.
F. I. hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Mary Mountz
LammI, Dorothy Mountz Earley, and Helen Mountz McCoy
as Executors of this my last Will and Testament, and direct
that neither of the above shall be required to post any bond to
'serve the faithful performance of his or her duties in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.

AND NOW, this 30th day of November, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Mary L Lamma, Dorothy J. Earley, and Helen M. McCoy, for the above decedent and
the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated June 9, 2003,
consisting of four pages, the last page being blank, the Register of Wills having given consideration
thereto, has made an official determination regarding the Last Wills and Testament and renders the
following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the first typewritten page and the second typewritten page bearing the
signature of Beulah R. Snyder, testator and Sandra S. Walker and Olive L. Martin as attesting witnesses
are admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of Beulah R. Snyder.
FURTHERMORE, the page following the witness page, the third page, is not admitted to
probate as it appears after the testator's full signature.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued Mary L. Lamma,
Dorothy J. Earley, and Helen M. McCoy this date. Mary L. Lamma, Dorothy J. Earley, and Helen M.
McCoy shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceeq with the administration of this estate according to law.
