THIS CAUSE came on this day to be heard upon the Bill of Complaint filed
herein; after waiver of service by Respondent; and upon the depositions taken before a notary
public.
Upon consideration whereof, and it appearing to the Court independently of the
admissions of either party in the pleadings or otherwise that the parties were lawfully married on
May 25, 2002; and there were no children were born of this marriage; that parties are both over the
age of 18 years and that neither are members of the Armed Forces of the United States; that the
Complainant is and has been for more than six months next preceding the institution of this suit an
actual bonafide resident of and domiciliary of the Commonwealth of Virginia; and that the
Complainant and Respondent have lived separate and apart from each other since March 8, 2005,
continuously and uninterrupted, without cohabitation and with the intention to remain separated
permanently.
ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that the Complainant, Heather Marie Criswell,
is granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Respondent, Steven Leonard Criswell, on the
ground of having lived separate and apart without cohabitation for a period in excess of one year in
accordance with section 20-91(A)(9) of the Code of Virginia; and it is further

ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that the Court does hereby ratify, confirm,
approve, and incorporate, but not merge, into this decree by reference thereto, the Agreement
between the parties dated the 7~' day of December, 2005;
This Court shall retain jurisdiction for the purpose of entry of a qualified domestic relations
order or similar order.
