NOTICE OF AUDITOR'S HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Auditor appointed in the above-captioned action will sit
for the purpose of his appointment and take testimony and receive evidence on Friday, February I,
2008, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. in the office of Ronald E. Johnson, Andrews & Johnson, 78 West
Pomfret Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Counsel to appear with their respective parties and witnesses.
Additionally, it is expected that the parties will provide to each other all reasonable requests
for documents to be produced at the hearing; said documents to be provided to opposing counsel on
or before January 10, 2008. In addition, each attorney should consult with their respective parties
about placing $1,500 each into an escrow account to be used initially for expenses incurred
throughout the hearing process and eventually to pay the costs ofthe Auditor.
