Dear Ms. Strasbaugh:
Please be advised that we have been retained to represent
the Estate of Jane M. Snoberger. Richard C. Rupp, Esquire,
originally represented this Estate. Your office advised that Mr.
Rupp has been suspended from the practice of law for a period of
one (1) year effective October 25, 2007.
Given our recent involvement, we wish to advise that we are
diligently working on gathering information necessary to file the
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return. We are hoping to file the
return in the very near future.
Given our involvement, we enclose herewith a check made
payable to "Register of Wills, Agent" in the amount of $5,550.24,
as a payment on account of the pennsylvania Inheritance Taxes
that will be due and owing. Please provide us with the
appropriate receipt.
