due the said Silver Spring Township Authority, said Claim filed against property owned by you
in Silver Spring Township, located at 13 Ginger Lane, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050, as
more particularly described in said Claim, and said property being further described in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Instrument No.:
200732014, tax parcel #38-21-0291-138, owned or reputed to be owned by you;
AND WHEREAS, we have been given to understand that said Claim is still due and
unpaid, and remains a lien against the said property;
NOW, you are hereby notified to file your Affidavit of Defense to said Claim, if defense
you have thereto, in the Office of the Prothonotary of our said Court, within twenty (20) days

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of Silver Spring,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northern right of way line of Ginger Drive, said point
being a common corner with Lot 16, of which this is a part; THENCE along said right of way
line, along an arc of a curve, curving to the left, having a radius of 275.00 feet, an arc length of
47.31 feet, the chord of which begin North 50 degrees, I I minutes, 06 seconds West, for a
distance of 47.25 feet to a point; thence along same, North 55 degrees, 06 minutes, 55 seconds
West, for a distance of 16.44 feet to a point, said point being a common corner with Lot 18, of
which this is a part; thence along Lot 18, North 34 degrees, 53 minutes, 05 seconds East for a
