GOULD, Owners IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA ALAN POLLARD DBA POLLARD HOMES & POLLARD& CO, INC. & OLLARD & SAN, LLC., Contractor WHEREAS, Thomas D. & Leola M. Gould, the owners of a two story dwelling house known and number as 30 West Main Street, Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Alan Pollar, dba Pollard Homes, Pollard & Co., Inc., Pollard & Son, LLC, Contractor, of P.O. Box 66, Dillsburg, PA 17019, for the reconstruction of the owner's home at 30 West Main Street, Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described in attached Exhibit "A". NOW, November 30, 2007, at the time and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the Owners to the Contractor to commence work on the premises, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owners and the further consideration of One Dollar to Contractor paid by Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workers or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the reconstruction of the premises, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. and year aforesaid.
