WITNESSETH:
That both of them, the FREDERICK W. KOCHER and BEN L.
KOCHER, CO-EXECUTORS OF THE ESTATE OF MARKGARET M. KOCHER,
DECEASED, hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever
discharge each other, their heirs, executors and administrators,
from all s~ms of money, accounts, actions , suits, proceedings,
claims and demands whatsoever in regard to the Estate of
t-1ARGARET M. KOCHER, Deceased, which either of them at any time
had or has up to the date of these presents against the other,
for or by reason of or in respect to any act, cause, matter or
thing, and that each of them hereby agrees to refund to the said
Estate, pro-rata, any amounts which may be necessary in the
future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate of which they
may hereafter receive any notice.
