Dear Mr. Jacobs:
We represent the Estate of Alma N. Eby. On December 4/
2007/ the Last Will and Testament of Alma N. Eby was probated at
the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office to the above
number. At the time of her death, Mrs. Eby was a resident of
Cumberland County.
Attached is a copy of Official Receipt No. YK 012836 issued
by your office, same being dated March 9/ 2007. The Receipt
acknowledges payment on account of Pennsylvania Inheritance Taxes
in the amount of $277.87. We are writing to you at the
suggestion of the Cumberland County Register of Wills to advise
as to this "County Mix-Up". We ask that you contact the
Cumberland County Register of Wills so that proper credit can be
made on account of this payment of Pennsylvania Inheritance
Taxes.
Please advise if you require further information with
respect to these matters.
