to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) buildin s u on those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOU'II3AA4PTON TOWNSHIP ,
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc. dated ~,-13 -0"7 and intended to be
recorded preceding the recording of this stipulation to Indhira M. Pena-Mendez.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL that tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of--way line for Pike Court at the northeast corner of Lot No. 22 on
the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence in and along the southern right-of--way line of Pike Court South
88 degrees OS minutes 55 seconds East, 19.24 feet to a point; thence in and along the right-of--way line of Pike
the chord of
Court by a curve to the right on a circle having a radius of 25 feet for an arc distance of 19.73 feet,
which is South 68 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds East, 19.23 feet; thence by same, by a curve to the left on a
circle having the radius of 60.00 feet for an arc distance of 54.26 feet, the chord of which is South 71 degrees 55
minutes 42 seconds East, 52.43 feet to a point at corner of Lot No. 20 on the hereinafter described subdivision
plan; thence by said Lot No. 20, South 07 degrees 50 minutes 04 seconds East, 160.68 feet to a point on line of
land now or formerly of Harold E. Hinkle; thence by said land now or formerly of Harold E. Hinkle, South 38
degrees 34 minutes 54 seconds West, 50.00 feet to an existing iron pin; thence by same, North 63 degrees 00
minutes O1 second West, 104.54 feet to a point at corner of Lot No. 22 on the hereinafter described subdivision
plan; thence by said Lot No. 22 North OS degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East, 175.39 feet to a point in the
southern right-of--way of Pike Court, the place of BEGINNING.
