RD5 2)24-2 ~ 0 . 6 / '~ 7 ~ "7 '7 /`' ! .~J UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF ~~~~~ COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA MARY ANN LONG VS MARY ANN LONG STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS MARY ANN LONG entered into a contract with MARY ANN LONG AND NSA , to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of (a) bui~d~ (sg )upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHANIP'TON TOWNSHIP , IItLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc. dated ~~~fS_~~ and intended to be recorded preceding the recording of this stipulation to Mary Arm Long. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402). WITNESS $-G (SEAL) (SEAL) SEAL) (Position 6) EXHIBIT A ALL that tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the southern right-of--way line of Pike Court at comer of Lot No. 22 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 22, South 26 degrees 59 minutes 59 seconds West, 150.00 feet to an iron pin on line of land now or formerly of Harold E. Hinkle; thence by said land now or formerly of Harold E. Hinkle, North 63 degrees 00 minutes O1 seconds West, 100 feet to a point at corner of Lot No. 24 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 24, North 26 degrees 59 minutes 59 seconds East, 150.00 feet to an iron pin in the southern right-of--way line of Pike Court; thence in and along said southern right-of--way line of Pike Court, South 63 degrees 00 minutes O1 second East, 100.00 feet to an iron pin at corner of Lot No. 22, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 15,000 square feet more or less. THE ABOVE description was taken from a final subdivision plan for North Middle Spring Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, Professional Land Surveyor, which plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 91, at page 61.
