building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any

EXHIBIT "A" -STIPULATION LEGAL
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Lower Allen, County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as shown as Lot 150 on a plan titled "The Heights of Beacon Hill, Final
Subdivision Plan -Phase 3", as prepared by Melham Associates, PC dated December 30, 2005, as revised
February 28, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Cumberland County in Plan Book 94,
Page 67, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point, located on the southeasterly right-of-way line of Sconsett Way (50 foot wide
right-of-way), said point being a front property corner of Lot 150 and Lot 133 of Phase 2 of 'The Heights of
Beacon Hill'; thence along said Lot 133, Phase 2, South 48 degrees 57 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of
98.86 feet to a point, said point being a rear property corner of Lot 150 and Lot 151, Phase 3; thence along the
boundary line between Lot 150 and 151, South 51 degrees 51 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 125.68
feet to a point, said point being a front property corner of Lot 150 and Lot 151 and being on the northeasterly
