ITEM I: I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. ITEM II: I bequeath the sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars to my granddaughter, MARY PETERS. ITEM III: I devise and bequeath the sum of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars to the Trustee hereinafter named, IN TRUST, for the following uses and purposes: A. The Trustee shall divide the principal into two equal and separate shares so that there shall be one share of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars for my granddaughter, HOLLY HILDEBRANDT, and one share of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars for my grand- son, MICHAEL HILDEBRANDT, said shares to be held IN FURTHER SEPARATE TRUST, for the following uses and purposes: B. To pay the net income therefrom to the grandchild in such periodic installments as Trustee shall find convenient, but at least as often as quarter annually. Page 1 of 6 c. To expend and apply so much of the principal of the Trust as the Trustee shall, in her sole discretion, deem advisable during illness or emergency, after taking into consideration the grandchild's readily available assets and sources of income. D. When the grandchild reaches the age of thirty-five (35) years, he or she may, upon written demand to the Trustee withdraw the entire remaining balance of the trust principal and accumulated or undistributed income. Should the grandchild die before receiving the balance of the trust principal and income, the trust shall be termi- nated and the undistributed principal and income shall be distributed to my issue, per stirpes. ITEM IV: I devise and bequeath the sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars to the Trustee hereinafter named, IN TRUST, for my great-granddaughter, AMBER HILDEBRANDT, for the following uses and purposes: A. To expend and apply so much of the net income and the principal of the Trust, as the Trustee shall, in her sole discretion, deem advisable for my great granddaughter's support and education (including education in college, trade school or graduate school) after taking into consideration her parents' readily available assets and sources of income. B. When AMBER HILDEBRANDT reaches the age of twenty-one (21) years, he or she may, upon written demand to the Trustee withdraw the entire remaining balance of the trust principal and accumulated or undistributed income. Should my great-granddaughter die before Page 2 of 6 receiving the balance of the trust principal and income, the trust shall be terminated and the undistributed principal and income shall be distributed to my issue, per stirpes. ITEM V: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain- der of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my daughter, PAULA HILDEBRANDT. ITEM VI: I appoint my Executrix and her successors guardian of any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this ap- pointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor's support and education (including college education, both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such support and education, or to make paYment for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor. ITEM VII: The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall not be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary alienation. ITEM VIII: I appoint my daughter, PAULA HILDEBRANDT, Trustee of any trust created under this my Last Will and Testament.
