DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW this 11 th day of December, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition For Citation To Show
Cause Why Letters Testamentary Should Not Be Granted To Samuel L. Zeman, IT IS HEREBY DECREED
that a citation is awarded, directed to the heirs of Gary M. Arnold, deceased, to:
(1) show cause why they should not apply for Letters of Administration on the Estate of Gary M.
Arnold, or in the alternative to show cause why such letters should not be granted to Samuel L. Zeman as an
"other fit persons." in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. S 3155(b)(5).
(2) to deposit, if such exist, the Last Will and Testament of Gary M. Arnold with the Register of Wills.
IT IS ALSO DECREED that the Petitioner shall effect service ofthe citation by publication for the
other heirs and creditors of the estate whose whereabouts are unknown for three successive calendar weeks in
the county legal journal and in a newspaper of general circulation according to Pa Supreme Court Orphans'
Court Rule 5.1 (c). Specifically, the notice shall be published for two sisters of the decedent, Sherry Arnold
and Jamie Shoop and for any creditors to the Estate of Gary M. Arnold.
