RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF EXECUTRIX
The undersigned, MYRNA A. MORGAN, of 9009 Laurel
Hurst Place, Ft. Wayne. IN, acknowledges receipt of the First
and Final Accounting of ANITA L. BOGERT. Executrix of the
Estate of Fayetta K. rage, Deceased. and approves said
First and Final Account, and consents to the final
d~str1but1on proposed therein.
The undersigned individually and on behalf of her
heirs, successors, personal representatives and assigns,
releases ANITA L. BOGERT individually and as Executrix from
all claims. causes of action, and/or other damages or
liabilities of any nature whatsoever whether known or
unknown, which the undersigned had, now has or may have
against ANITA L. BOGERT individually and/or as Executrix,
from the beginning of the ~orld to the date of execution of
