ESTATE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned does hereby acknowledge to have
received this day of and from Stephen P. Grady, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Francis R. Grady,
late of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, Five Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-
Six and 66/100 as a Prorated Cash Bequest ($5,986.66) in full satisfaction of the bequest made to The Harrisburg
Foundation, The David Grady Memorial Fund by ARTICLE III A. 2. of the Last Will and Testament of Francis
R. Grady; and for and in consideration of the receipt thereof, the undersigned does hereby remise, release,
quitclaim and forever discharge the said Stephen P. Grady, Executor, as aforesaid, of and from all liability on
account of said bequest for any reason whatsoever; and does hereby authorize and direct the Clerk of the Orphans'
Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to enter satisfaction in full
ofthe said bequest upon the records of the said Court; and hereby consents to the discharge ofthe said Stephen P.
Grady, Executor.
