DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 17th day of December, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and
Grant of Letters filed by Linda S. Fetrow for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate
as the Last Will and Testament of Vera Laudermilch, dated September 15,2003, IT IS DECREED that
The Last Will and Testament is admitted as originally written. Any alleged modification or adjustments
to the instrument are not accepted into probate. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters
Testamentary be granted to Linda S. Fetrow as the person entitled under Pa. C.S. 20 ~3155(a). Linda S.
Fetrow shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
