Inc., t/d/b/a C&C IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WltEREAS, William S. Gottlieb and Ann M. Gottlieb, of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with D. Cully, Inc., t/d/b/a C&C Construction of Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: See legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". NOW, the [ ~ day of November, 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been g/yen by the said William S. Gottlieb and Ann M. Gottlieb, to the said D. Cully, Inc., t/d/b/a C&C Construction to commence Work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with D. Cully, Inc., t/d/b/a C&C Construction and the further consideration of One Dollar, to D. Cully, Inc., t/d/b/a C&C Construction paid by William S. Gottlieb and Ann M. Gottlieb, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
