building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

futly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the easterly right-of-way line of Inverness
Drive, Twenty-five Feet (25') from the centedine of the same and being a front

THENCE along said Lot 15, North 65 Degrees 26 Minutes 57 Seconds East
(N65O26'57"E) a distance of 132.79 feet to a point, said point being on the
westerly right-of-way line of Good Hope Road;
