STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE HOMETOWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION., is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with B & R's Masonry Restoration, for masonry repairs
and exterior painting at their building located at 14 - 20 North Hanover Street, in Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said HOMETOWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION to
the said B & R's Masonry Restoration to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract with B & R's Masonry
Restoration and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
