WHEREAS, KENNETH E. REEDER, II and NAMHUI REEDER of 210 A Marshall Road,
Quarter A, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with LONE
TREE, INC. of +~oq c~-t. .O~r~ c~e H,~ e~ tTot( , Pennsylvania, for the erection of a building
upon premises commonly known as LOT #32, AKA 30 LONGVIEW..~_a ...~ ,-~DRIVE Township,
CUMERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated l~l ~0¥
Deed Book , Page , in the Recordeffs Office for CUMERLAND County, ~ennsylvania,
as mom specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, November 24, 2003, at the time of and immediately befog the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

Exhibit A
All that certain plat, tract, parcel or lot of land located in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyivania, bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Long View (a fifty foot
right-of-way) said point being located the following three (3) courses from the line
of Cross Creek Development; 1 } North eighty-nine degrees, fifty-two minutes,
twenty-one seconds East (N 89°52'21" E), a distance of one hundred thirty and
l'wenty-four hundredth feet (130.24'); 2) by a curve to the left, having a radius of
two thousand, fwen~-fJve feet JR -- 2,025,00'J, an arc distance of fifty-nine and
twenty-two hundredth feet [A/L = $9.22'); 3) North eighty-eight degrees, eleven
minutes, forty-nine seconds East (N 88 ° 1 I' 49" E), a distance of sixty-eight feet
(68,00') to a pofnt; thence from said point of Beginning, by said right-of-way line of
Long View North eighty-eight degrees, eleven minutes, forty-nine seconds East (N
88 ° 1 l' 49" E], a distance of one hundred thirty-one feet (1131.00') to a point;
thence by Lot No. 33 South one degrees, forty-eight minutes, eleven seconds East
