O3- & o~/5" ~ g"P2003 HAUBERT HOMES, INC, CONTRACTOR STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS, Pin-Hsun Kuo and Sw-Tsen Kuo, adult individuals, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the owners of the property described on Exhibit "A" (the "Owners"), have executed a contract with Haubert Homes, Inc., and are contemporaneously herewith ready to authorize work to commence pursuant to that contract with Haubert Homes, Inc.,, a Pennsylvania corporation, having its principal office at 15 Central Boulevard, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011, (the "Contractor"), for work and materials related to a home upon a lot of land situate at Lot #64 Creekstone Manor, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW THEREFORE, this 20thday of November , 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the Owners to the Contractor to commence work on the said home, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the Owners and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) to the Contractor paid by the Owners, IT IS AGREED that no lien shall be filed against the building and real estate by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person, for any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the construction of said home, the right to file such liens being expressly waived hereby.
