Plaintiff , CHASE BANK USA, N.A. is a corporation with offices at 3700 WISEMAN BLVED, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78251 2. Defendant is an adult individual residing at 4420 GETTYSBURG ROAD, APT 3, CAMP HILL, PA 17011. COUNT I - ACCOUNT NO. 5401683048649286 3. Defendant applied for and received a credit card issued by Plaintiff bearing the account number 5401683048649286. 4. Defendant made use of said credit card and has a current balance due of $12107.50. 5. Defendant is in default of the terms of the cardholder Agreement having not made monthly payments to Plaintiff thereby rendering the entire balance immediately due and payable. 6. Plaintiff avers that the Cardholder Agreement between the parties provides that Defendant will pay Plaintiff's attorneys' fees. 7. Plaintiff avers that such attorneys' fees will amount to $300.00 8. Plaintiff is entitled to interest at the statutory rate of 6.00% per annum from December 17, 2007. 9. Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendant has willingly failed and/or refused to pay the principal balance, and accrued interest or any part thereof to Plaintiff. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays for judgment on Count I against Defendant, HERMEET SINGH, individually, in the amount of $12107.50 with continuing interest thereon at the statutory rate of 6.00% per annum from December 17, 2007, plus attorneys' fees of 300.00 and costs. COUNT I1- ACCOUNT NO. 4266841086304274 10. Plaintiff incorporates by reference each of the preceding paragraphs of this Complaint as if the same were set forth more fully at length herein. 11. Defendant applied for and received a credit card issued by Plaintiff bearing the account number 4266841086304274 . 12. Defendant made use of said credit card and has a current balance due of $10433.62. 13. Defendant is in default of the terms of the cardholder Agreement having not made monthly payments to Plaintiff thereby rendering the entire balance immediately due and payable. 14. Plaintiff is entitled to interest at the statutory rate of 6.00% per annum from December 17, 2007. 15. Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendant has willingly failed and/or refused to pay the principal balance, and accrued interest or any part thereof to Plaintiff. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays for judgment on Count II against Defendant, HERMEET SINGH, individually, in the amount of $10433.62 with continuing interest thereon at the statutory rate of 6.00% per annum from December 17, 2007 and costs. Defendant applied for and received a credit card issued by Plaintiff bearing the account number 5401683047682163 . 10. Defendant made use of said credit card and has a current balance due of $6671.61. 11. Defendant is in default of the terms of the cardholder Agreement having not made monthly payments to Plaintiff thereby rendering the entire balance immediately due and payable 12. Plaintiff is entitled to the addition of interest at the statutory rate of 6.00% per annum on the unpaid balance as of December 17, 2007. 13. Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendant has willfully failed and/or refused to pay the principal balance, and accrued interest or any part thereof to Plaintiff. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment on Count III against Defendant, HERMEET SINGH, individually, in the amount of $6671.61 with continuing interest thereon at the statutory rate of 6.00% per annum from December 17, 2007 and costs.
